Phoenix Group’s Impending IPO on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange

Phoenix Group has announced its impending Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

Phoenix Group is a technology conglomerate specialising in blockchain and crypto solutions and was co-founded by Bijan Alizadeh and Munaf Ali.

Earlier last week, International Tech Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IHC, has officially entered into a definitive agreement to purchase a 10% stake in Phoenix Group, as disclosed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX)
