Bayanat Forges Partnerships with Xcalibur Multiphysics and Teledyne Geospatial, Empowering Smart Mobility in Abu Dhabi

Bayanat (ADX: BAYANAT), a publicly listed company on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and a leading provider of AI-powered geospatial solutions, has signed two memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with industry giants, Xcalibur Multiphysics and Teledyne Geospatial.

The signing took place during the launch of the Smart & Autonomous Vehicle Industries (SAVI) Cluster in Abu Dhabi, signaling a major move towards enhancing geospatial operations for both land and sea applications.

It is worth noting that The SAVI Cluster was launched to support innovation in Abu Dhabi’s aviation and
aerospace sectors. The cluster will develop autonomous air, land, and sea vehicles, and is expected to contribute AED90-AED120 billion to the UAE economy and generate 30,000-50,000 jobs.

Bayanat and Teledyne Geospatial have set their sights on pioneering autonomous survey technologies, which aim to introduce cutting-edge solutions for collecting geospatial data via drones and underwater vehicles.

According to the company, the collaboration will span across various terrains, including the air, water surface, and underwater, all the way to the seafloor. Under the terms of the agreement, Bayanat will harness the latest advancements in technology, such as artificial intelligence, near real-time and edge computing, digital twins, and digital mapping.

Through their combined expertise, Bayanat and Teledyne Geospatial will be providing a wider range of innovative products and solutions that will significantly enhance geospatial operations for both land and sea applications.

In another pivotal partnership, Bayanat and Xcalibur Multiphysics are gearing up to deploy a state-of-the-art geophysical autonomous system, a first of its kind, for the United Arab Emirates. This cutting-edge system is designed to map natural resources, with a specific focus on strategic minerals, water resources, and the potential for geothermal and hydrogen energy sources.

Furthermore, the collaboration between Bayanat and Xcalibur is not limited to the UAE alone; both companies are also exploring international opportunities that will leverage the latest technologies, including Machine Learning and AI, to enable enhanced insights generation and data interpretation. This will support global efforts and empower nations to tap into new potentials, enhancing the world of geospatial technology even more.

The venture will hopefully pave the way for emerging technologies related to Natural Capital Mapping, providing a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art products and solutions to enhance their operations across both land and sea.

With these strategic alliances in place, Bayanat is well-positioned to lead the way in advancing the field of geospatial technology, driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of autonomous surveying and resource mapping.

This is poised to leave a lasting impression on the geospatial sector, unlocking fresh global opportunities and perspectives, with particular significance for the United Arab Emirates.
